Checks at every stage, not just at the end
Quality is decided long before packing. We control sourcing, processing, storage and dispatch, and record the result at each step so a batch can always be traced back.
Incoming inspection
Every lot is sampled on arrival for moisture, purity, foreign matter and sensory profile.
Controlled processing
Cleaning, sorting and grading in hygienic facilities with trained operators.
Storage conditions
Temperature and humidity controlled rooms protect colour, aroma and shelf life.
Pre-shipment release
A final check against your agreed specification before the container is sealed.
Traceability
Batch records link every shipment back to its lot, its tests and its origin.

Questions buyers ask about quality
Can I request a pre-shipment sample from the actual batch?
Yes. We can send a sample drawn from the exact lot reserved for your order so you approve what will ship, not a representative sample.
Which laboratory issues the certificates?
In-house checks are ours; formal certificates are issued by an accredited third-party laboratory. We can work with a lab you nominate.
What happens if a batch fails your check?
It is not shipped. We either replace it from another lot or tell you the delay honestly — we do not substitute a different grade without your written approval.
Can you meet a specification written by our own QA team?
Yes. Send the specification with your enquiry and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it before you place the order.
