EXPORT & DELIVERY

Export Documentation and Flexible Delivery

We deliver to your warehouse, to an agreed destination, or to the customs gateway you nominate. Documentation is prepared with the shipment, not after it, so your entry is not held up waiting for paperwork.

DOCUMENTATION

Paperwork prepared with the shipment

A held container is expensive, and it is almost always a documentation problem rather than a product problem. We prepare the full set alongside production and send the drafts for your check before anything ships, so errors are corrected on paper instead of at the border.

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Certificate of Analysis
  • Phytosanitary certificate
  • Health certificate where required
  • Fumigation certificate on request

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about shipping and customs

Which Incoterms do you work with?

The common ones for food ingredients — EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP among them. Which is right depends on your destination and who you want handling customs clearance; we will recommend rather than assume.

How long does delivery take?

Lead time is production plus transit, and transit depends on mode and destination. We quote both parts separately so you can see which one you are actually waiting on.

Can you ship to a freight forwarder we already use?

Yes. Give us their details at order stage and we will coordinate the handover and documentation with them directly.

What happens if customs queries the shipment?

We support you with the documentation and any clarification the authority needs. Tell us early — most queries are resolved quickly when the paperwork is already correct.

Tell us where it needs to go

Share your destination, volume and preferred Incoterm and we will come back with a realistic route and lead time.
