Who receives my enquiry?
The Zarchin sales team. Enquiries are stored in our own system and are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long do you keep it?
For as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for the period our accounting obligations require afterwards. If you ask us to delete it and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we delete it.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
This site uses only what is needed to serve the pages. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this page will be updated before they go live.
Is business contact data personal data?
In the EU and several other markets, yes — a named person's work email is still personal data. We treat it that way regardless of where you write from.
How do I make a request?
Write to us through the contact page and say what you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will confirm what we have done.
